With a background in Telecommunication Engineering and Cyber Security, Pacific maintains digital and technology strategies through technology leadership; investigating, identifying, and implementing technological strategic solutions. He directs digital technology provision by studying organization goals, strategies, and practices and delivering and supporting strategic plans for implementing digital technologies.

At Maarifasasa, a Ugandan education technology company, Pacific Ogenrwoth Okidi is the Digital solutions Specialist and uses his set of skills to leverage technological innovations to democratize access to life-changing educational opportunities.

As a Digital Solutions Specialist, Pacific has moved places with Maarifasasa implementing digital technologies, which has enabled him to rub shoulders with the "big boys" in the field. He spends off-hours studying games and trying to unlock the future of Virtual Reality, he is also a sportsman and has hiked the Kilimanjaro on his bucket list.
